Our staff at DMC Facilities Management are employed directly, we do not sub-contract and it is mandatory for all our staff to undergo and pass a CRB check. We take pride in creating a training program for all staff which can include NVQ, Working at Heights, CSCS, IPAF Health and Safety, First Aid and other specialist equipment training that is required. Staff regularly attend safety workshops and seminars to keep up to date.
